Terms & Conditions

By accessing sikhokamao.com or enrolling in any of our coaching programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a counselling call or making a payment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any SikhoKamao program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Course Enrolment

Each SikhoKamao batch has a strict cap of 10 students. Enrolment is confirmed only after:

• Successful completion of a counselling call
• Payment of the seat-reservation token (currently ₹5,000) or full course fee
• Written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email

We reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Fees & Payment

• The current course fee is ₹30,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).
• Payments may be made in full or via the 2-instalment EMI plan we offer.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. SikhoKamao does not store your card or UPI credentials.
• Fees once paid (beyond the refund window described below) are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

• You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the batch start date, minus payment-gateway processing charges (typically 2-3%).
• After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Refund requests must be sent to info@sikhokamao.com with your registered name, batch, and reason.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment source.

5. Code of Conduct

As a SikhoKamao student you agree to:

• Attend classes punctually and complete assignments on time
• Maintain respectful conduct with mentors, peers, and community members
• Not share, resell, or redistribute course recordings, slides, or any proprietary material
• Not misuse the alumni community for spam, unsolicited promotion, or harassment

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, slides, scripts, templates, and bonuses, are the exclusive intellectual property of SikhoKamao. They are provided for personal learning only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

7. Real-Client Projects & Job Support

Real-client projects are awarded to the top-performing students of each batch, judged on a transparent scoring system. Job referrals and placement support are provided on a best-effort basis but are not guaranteed. Final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.

8. Limitation of Liability

SikhoKamao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or coaching services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the course fee paid by you.

9. Schedule Changes

We may, in rare cases, reschedule classes, change mentors, or switch a session from offline to online due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp and do not entitle students to a refund.

10. Modification of Terms

SikhoKamao reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
